This fun, bright red blouse was made by the International Ladies Garment Workers Union and is from the 50's. It's a really fun fit - there's pleating down the front with a ribbon to tie. The exaggerated collar can be layered over a sweater vest or jacket. There's intricate embroidery at the corners of the collar too. The would best fit a medium-large. 100% polyester
